FANCY 2016 New Year ceremony came to an end smoothly

       “Grasp the history of the sheep, and wave the monkey stick”. On the evening of January 26^th, 2016, FANCY group held a ceremonious ceremony for annual commendation meeting in New Year party of 2016. Looking back, the year of the sheep is an unforgettable experience for all of us. She gives us hope, gain, and moreover, the experience of growing up.

       Annual celebration meeting awarded total 16 prizes, this year chosed the Annual Staff and Good team Award for the first time, and finally in total awarded10 star staff members and six good team leaders who alway have been giving quietly and regarded their work as a sacred mission to shine in their own positions.These teams and staffs are the treasure of our company and the model for all us to learn.

       The special prize for improving the proposal was rewarded to the fourth division, they proposed the improvement of the production process of PU vulcanization, which reduced the loss of materials by 20%, and saved the cost of ¥250,000 a year. The improvement proposals have been carried out in Shenzhen factories for four years. The relevant departments have integrated this process into the daily production work, and the improvement has been in the process of normalization.

       The party was a success, the whole conference from the beginning to the end was a happy ocean. there were a lot of highlight, wonderful programs one by one. The program “nunchakus” was the first to bring the party to the climax; the next one, “fire safety propaganda”, was a greater one. specially, “Poker face”, a dance was danced by the clerk of each department, was a refreshing feeling and transfered atmosphere to climax in  the audience quickly .

       Finally, General manager Mr.ren placed it: new challenges have begun in 2016. We will continue daring to break through, take advantage of the situation and leap forward,and trying our best to making another contribution for the company with passion and struggle so that all employees and company will grow and make progress together to achieve win-win results. we all are committed making an big efforts to build a powerful FANCY group.
